What's XPS file and how to view it?
XPS stands for XML Paper Specification which is a format that preserves document formatting and enables file sharing. When the XPS file is viewed online or printed, it retains exactly the format that you intended, and the data in the file cannot be easily changed.

By that saying, XPS is just a Microsoft version of PDF. In oder to view it, you have to download the XPS Viewer from Microsoft, like downloading an Adobe Reader for PDF file.
