| DALLAS -- Dirk Nowitzki passed Jerry West on the NBA scoring list from a familiar spot: behind the 3-point line. Nowitzki had 19 points, including consecutive shots from long range in the third quarter to move up to 16th in career scoring, and the Dallas Mavericks beat the Washington Wizards 105-95 Tuesday night.
