As Unsure If Sonny Gray Will Pitch Again In 2016 - RealGM Wiretap
Sonny Gray has yet to resume throwing and the Oakland Athletics don't know if he'll pitch for them again this season.

Gray is receiving treatment for muscle strains in his forearm while allowing fluid buildup in his elbow to subside. He won't be able to begin a strengthening program until the inflammation diminishes.

"It just depends Jeremy Lane Seahawks Jersey ," Bob Melvin said of Gray pitching again this season. "I don't know that it's necessarily important, but it's nice to know that you're healthy again and you don't have to worry about it in the offseason. But it's not like we're going to push him to try to get him out there just to get him out there."

锘? A follow up brief guide to bars in the City of Murcia.
Going out in Muria City is great fun if you're English.
Whilst you can still go out the old fashioned English way (Go out at 7.00p.m. and be back home by
12.00 ready for some kip) it doesn't really work that well over here. Most places in Murcia don't liven up until around 12.00a.m. so you'll miss out on most of the amosphere if you're in bed too early.

Here's a good tip: To do justice to your night in Murcia City change your body timer to a Murcian night out by altering your watch by an hour. Don't even think of going to a "proper" Murcia bar before 10.30pm. Earlier on, if you want to be around the place why not have a coffee in Plaza Cardenal Belluga (next to the Cathedral) and admire the beautiful Cathedral. from the terrace. You could thenstroll to the Hotel Rincon de Pepe (Apostoles, 34) for a cocktail in the "La Muralla" bar Bobby Wagner Seahawks Jersey , one of the last remaining places in Murcia where the old Arab walls can still be seen.

This is a follow up article in this series. Here 's some more of some of the best bars in Murcia City.

Kennedy Bar (Callejn de Berruezo.) Cracking Irish bar that's busy all day. Get down here for some Guinness and English soccer. Fantastic variety of other beers as well. Live comedy on
Wednesdays. Buy one get one free on drinks when football matches are on.

Tasca Gao (17 Calle Canovas del Castillo.) Bouncing bar that is famous for miniature bottles of spirits (duh.. my head..) . Popular venue for people on stag and hen parties in fancy dress at weekend.

Sala Fluid (Orilla de Azarbe.) Another techno-house place that's open until around 6am. Good idea to get some strong coffee
before going in if you want to get through the night. Dazzling array of cocktails on offer, though pace yourself or the legs may not stand the pace..

Mundaka Club (26 Carretera Santa Catalina.) Maybe the most buzzing club in Murcia, playing
Dance and seventies disco. There are 3 rooms with different sounds that provide something for most tastes. Fridays and Saturdays are from 2am-6.30am. (See what I mean about coming out later?)

Sala Univesal (1 Avenida Juan Carlos.)Brash and exciting - a famous bar in Murcia. Different music played in several rooms so something for everyone here...

El Mentidero (3 Saavedra Fajardo. Tel. 968 223 533) Trying to escape from the techno music in all the Spanish clubs then El Mentidero is the same as the rest. It's a fun bar with a dance floor and is open till 3am. It's near the
University.

Royal Palace (17 Carretera Santa Catalina.) Open till 4am. This impressive place is housed in a complex that can
hold up to 2,000 revellers. the music is aimed at thirty somethings but inevitably Tyler Lockett Seahawks Jersey , Latino rhythms dominate.

DNC Dance Club (Puerta Nueva, Edificio Centrofama. Tel. ) DNC claims to be the only club in Murcia city centre. It's right in the busy university area. This is a really busy spot during term time. Here we get standard pop as well as house music against a backdrop of trendy dcor. You get a free first drink with your entry fee.

La Puerta Falsa (5 Calle San Martn de Porres.) Nice relaxed bar with live jazz andor rock music from local groups. Also features really good exhibitions of paintings on the walls.

Fuente Alamo (Carretera N301, Fuente lamo.) Unusually for pubs in Murcia this is a Western themed bar with
cowboy outfits and saloon-style bars. It's actually a cracking night out if you're up for a lively one!!.

Super 8 (Avenida Ciclista Mariano Rojas, Local 16 12th Fan Seahawks Jersey , Molina del Segura.) Not far from Murcia centre, Super 8 is an cool
barclub which features a live band each week. It draws a youngish, predominately indie type bunch and opens from 12.30am-6.30am

La Codiga (Gran Va Alfonso X ) One of the more "local" bars in Murcia City. Latin rhythms are the speciality in this club.
Leather trousers and chest wigs are optional ;-)

Kallejon (Calle Ceuti, Poligono Insustrial Atalayas) Most of the clubs in Murcia are on the outskirts due to noise considerations. Kallejon is no exception. There are two dance floors where you can hear music ranging from Spanish pop to commercial techno
rubbish (only my opinion). It only opens Thursday Germain Ifedi Seahawks Jersey , Friday and Saturday nights ('tillate).
Utopia (7 Velzquez.) Very different bar and is the management describe it as a bar-theatre. The interesting dcor imitates theatrical scenery. Utopia has a large variety of acts on stage ranging from actors reading monologues to musicians and small rock bands. After the live stuff it's mainly rock, blues and Britpop music.

Gospel (15 Enrique Villar. Tel. 968 203 234) A city centre pub for the young crowd. The music ranges from
Blues to Rock to Jazz. Open until 3.30am.

That just about covers it for the second article on bars in Murcia City. There's plenty to be going on with anyway.. Should you go to any other Murcia pubs that you think should be mentioned then get in touch and let me have details. Cheers!!
