Rolling structure composed of Nylon Ball transfer unit, POM Ball,Nylon Ball,Plastic Transfer Ball Unit consists of the following four basic elements:
Inner, outer, cage and rolling elements - on BTU for light duty steel radial or radial thrust bearing (inner or outer ring can be collectively referred to as ferrule), shaft ring,BTU for heavy duty seat ring, cage and rolling elements - to thrust or thrust radial bearings (shaft ring or gasket seat may be collectively referred to).
BTU for medium duty with a rolling body is the basic structural features, a few varieties of Rolling position to save space, or to load more rolling elements can JDB inlaid steel base spherical bearing
without outer or inner ring, without the inner and outer rings, or without a cage, but all BTU ball transfer unit-light duty must have rolling elements.
