OpenSSL for Windows download:
Open openSSL main page: http://www.openssl.org
Go to tab 'Related'
Click on menu 'Binaries'
Download from http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
Installation:
The downloaded is a .exe file. Simply run it and follow the prompts. After finishing the installation, you should have at least the following files under <dir>/bin directory:
openssl.exe -- the command tool
openssl.cnf -- the default configuration file
CA.pl -- utility hiding the complexity of the openssl command
